Shipping & Returns

With an aim to be our sustainable best, all pieces are made on order. Please allow 6-10 working days for orders to be shipped. Please note that during sales, holidays and other events, delays of 3-5 days can be expected. Once dispatched, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp with the tracking details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Not loving what you ordered? No worries! Please get in touch with us via email with your name and order number within 6 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. In this case, you may return the unworn item(s), with all tags attached, as was originally delivered to you. Instructions on how and where to send the item(s) will be provided once the exchange has been approved.

Exchanges will be provided for the same value of your purchase and can be used towards a different size, a different style or store credit, the details for which will be shared once the item(s) has/have been received. 

We hold the discretion to reject an exchange request if any of the mentioned conditions are unmet.

There will be no exchange or replacement on masks, monogrammed pieces, customised orders, sale items or items purchased using store credit. Any item(s) that are sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide cash refunds.

DAMAGED PIECES

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Please share photographs and any other information pertaining to your order with us via email.
